OUR CAREGIVERS

"It takes a village to raise a child" --African Proverb

Our caregivers are carefully selected, trained, and regularly evaluated. We support the professional development of our staff. We offer monthly training sessions covering a variety of topics related to caring for children.

In the child care profession, there is a trend of teacher turnover. HoneyTree, like other child care centers, does experience some teacher change. We minimize this by offering benefits to our employees and work steadily at maintaining staff morale.
